About
Tina Lewis is a Canadian ultrarunner who grew up in Montreal and built her endurance base through six years of adventure racing — including multi-day expedition races such as Raid The North Extreme — before relocating to Colorado. She entered ultramarathon racing in 2010 and two years later won the women's division at the Leadville Trail 100 Mile in 19:33:44, the third-fastest women's time in the race's history at the time. She followed that with a victory at the North Face 100 Beijing Ultra Trail Challenge 100km in 2013, placing 8th overall. Lewis subsequently moved away from competitive racing toward adventure exploration and fastest known times in remote mountain terrain, and has worked in functional medicine and nursing in Denver, Colorado.
