Tim Tollefson is an American ultrarunner and doctor of physical therapy born on March 13, 1985, in Rocklin, California. A two-time U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials qualifier and former collegiate steeplechase champion, he transitioned to trail and ultra racing in 2014 by immediately winning the USATF 50K Trail National Championship in course-record fashion.
