About
Priscilla Forgie is a Canadian trail and ultrarunner based in Edmonton, Alberta, who began running in 2018 and within three years had become the most decorated woman on the Canadian ultra circuit. A SOAR Running athlete, her breakthrough 2021 season brought victories at the Canadian Death Race 125K and the Grizzly Ultra 50K. In 2022 she raised the bar further with an overall course record at the Near Death Marathon, won the Squamish 50/50 in a course record, claimed the Ultra Trail du Harricana, and then earned a Golden Ticket to the Western States 100 with second at the Canyons 100K. At the 2023 Western States she finished eighth overall and as the top Canadian woman. She also raced the 2023 CCC at UTMB in Chamonix, demonstrating her ability to compete on the world stage. A plant-based athlete and compelling storyteller, Forgie has become one of trail running's most followed Canadian voices and one of the most exciting women competing at the 100-mile distance.
