About
Noor van der Veen is a Dutch mountain runner and climber who transitioned from competitive alpinism to ultra running, bringing a mountaineer's technical mindset to the world's hardest point-to-point races. She won the Arc of Attrition (160K), Valmalenco Ultra Trail (90K), and Hochkönigman (80K), earned the 2024 Dutch SkyUltra title, and set the fastest Dutch female time at UTMB (27:57). In September 2025 she set the overall supported FKT on the 731-kilometre Pyrenean Haute Route in 10 days 11 hours 38 minutes, then — just 53 days later — won the Tor des Géants in 79:34:30, becoming only the second woman in history to finish the 330-kilometre Italian Alps race inside 80 hours. She is a Rab-supported athlete based in the Netherlands.
