Mimmi Kotka is a Swedish ultrarunner, nutritionist, and co-founder of Moonvalley — an organic sports nutrition brand she founded alongside Emilie Forsberg and Ida Nilsson. A member of the Swedish national trail running team, she won the CCC by UTMB in 2016, the TDS by UTMB in 2017 (setting a course record by 46 minutes), and the Lavaredo Ultra Trail by UTMB in 2022. Living between Chamonix, France and Västerås, Sweden, Kotka has openly shared her experience overcoming RED-S and remains an influential voice in mountain ultrarunning.
