About
Lisa Roberts is an American ultrarunner and Team Kogalla athlete from Tucson, Arizona who transitioned from professional triathlon to trail and ultra running from 2020. Her ultra debut immediately signalled her potential — she won the Flagstaff Extreme Big Pine 54K outright in a course record of 4:51:11. She went on to win the Javelina Jundred 100K in 2020 and placed competitively at the Black Canyon 100K and the Hikuri 100K in Mexico, the latter qualifying her for the UTMB World Series. One of a growing group of elite triathletes to discover a second competitive career in ultrarunning, Roberts made the transition to trail one of the most complete career pivots in American endurance sport.
