Lê Phương Vy is a Vietnamese trail runner who has competed across a range of ultra-distance events on her home country's mountain terrain, including the Vietnam Mountain Marathon ultra and the Dalat Ultra Trail, where she has accumulated finishes across distances up to 100km. She represents the growing grassroots trail running community in Vietnam, where the sport has expanded rapidly in the 2020s and produced several world-class athletes. She holds a UTMB profile and has competed in the Cuc Phuong Jungle Paths 100km, accumulating experience on technically demanding highland courses in Northern and Central Vietnam.
