Geneviève Nadeau is a Canadian ultrarunner and medical doctor based in Quebec who has established herself as one of the province's most competitive trail athletes on the UTMB World Series circuit. Competing across Quebec's dramatic mountain terrain, she holds a UTMB Index of 646 and has earned multiple strong results at major Quebec-based events. In 2025 she delivered one of her finest performances, placing second in the women's race and ninth overall at the Quebec Mega Trail 135 km at Mont-Sainte-Anne. She has also competed internationally at events including the adidas TERREX MaXi-Race and Ultra-Trail Harricana du Canada, balancing the demands of a medical career with a rigorous training schedule in the mountains of Quebec.
