Clare Mullenger (born July 11, 1978) is a British distance runner and ultra trail competitor based in London, affiliated with Wimbledon Windmilers. An accomplished road runner with a marathon personal best of 2:57:39 recorded on December 5, 2021, she has extended her competitive range into ultra trail and multi-day formats. In 2018 she competed at the Salomon TMBT Ultra-Trail Marathon in Sabah, Malaysia — one of South East Asia's most respected trail ultras, run through the rainforest and highland terrain of the Crocker Range — where she won the veteran women's category. Her most demanding multi-day result came at the 7 Emirates Run, a 12-day, 575-kilometre stage running event crossing the United Arab Emirates, where she finished second overall. Mullenger's dual capacity in marathon and multi-day formats — road speed alongside the durability required for back-to-back stages in desert heat — marks her as a genuinely versatile endurance competitor.
