Running her first-ever 100-miler at Leadville, she broke Ann Trason's 31-year-old women's course record with a time of 17:59:19 — finishing second overall. She then won the Silver Rush 50 and capped her 2025 season by setting a women's 50-mile world record at the Tunnel Hill 50 in Vienna, Illinois. Flower was named the #2 UltraRunner of the Year for 2025 by Ultra Running Magazine, a remarkable result for an athlete who had only begun racing ultras seriously in 2024.
