About

Anne Champagne is a Quebec-based trail ultrarunner and Salomon-sponsored athlete who first made headlines as an obstacle course racer before transitioning to trail running in 2019. She broke out internationally in 2024, winning the Quebec Mega Trail 100-Miler in a course record of 24:28:27 and then two months later winning the 168 km Grand Raid des Pyrenees in Andorra by a 144-minute margin — her second World Trail Majors victory, which put her level with Courtney Dauwalter in the WTM general classification. She is known for her dominant winning margins and a rapid ascent from local racer to one of the top women's 100-mile competitors globally.
