About

Andrew Lee is an Australian trail and ultrarunner from Emu Plains in the foothills of the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney, who has been one of the most consistent presences in Australian ultra and mountain running since his debut at the Six Foot Track Marathon in 2001. A North Face Australia athlete known for his power on steep, technical terrain, he shared the win at The North Face 100 in 2010 — one of the most prestigious 100-kilometre trail races in the Asia-Pacific — and that same year represented Australia at the World Long Distance Mountain Running Championships at Pikes Peak, Colorado, finishing 18th in an elite international field. A fierce competitor over trail and mountain formats, he has contested the Six Foot Track and The North Face 100 in every edition since beginning, a streak of participation that reflects his deep attachment to the sport and the Blue Mountains landscape.
